Bits and Pieces

I'm Norah Wu (b. 2005), an undergraduate third-year student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, studying Communications.

Based in Chapel Hill—I am a writer, designer, and menstrual health advocate, passionate about sharing what I know.

Born and raised in Charlotte North Carolina, I've developed a taste for Southern policy and banana pudding.

I'm an avid reader who always misplaces my bookmarks, but never leaves a book unfinished. My cooking is a combination of Italian and Taiwanese cuisine—my ethnicities.

All in all, I'm a young woman trying to my best to make a difference in my community one blog at a time.

What Does Endometriosis Look Like?

March 08, 2026 — Health

Endometriosis looks different from person to person, but here are some symptoms to keep in mind.

Writing has always been a cathartic experience for me.

When things become hard to understand, I take to pen and paper. Or in this case, I take to keyboard and laptop screen.

What makes me a great writer is my ability to keep writing. No matter how busy, tired, or uninspired, I always have something to say. I write on gum wrappers or in the margins of my books, between classes and work. My notes app is full of unorganized paragraphs and unsorted questions.

The blog posts are my attempt at sorting my bits and pieces into literature people can digest and even learn from.
